(how it works, how you measure it)
Full payment
of tuition by students prior to registration. Billing only
by contract with employer or local school division. The contract
is an agreement that the College will offer certain courses, cost,
registration procedures and billing/payment terms.
Impact
on the Process Organizational Performance (OUTCOMES)
No
resources used to meet state collection requirements. The policy
did negate the need to establish elaborate policy and collection
requirements to meet the State collection guidelines.

Efficiency
and effectiveness. This was agreed to by the President of the
College in order to assure continued compliance with Commonwealth
Management Standards.
