The CERT Coordination Center is part of the Networked Systems Survivability Program at teh Software Engineering Institute of Carnegie Mellon University. The Center was established by DARPA in 1988 and now is supported by GSA and the Departments of Justice and Defense. The CERT provides incident response teams, training, and research services. |
